Research Interests

Descriptive set theory, group actions and orbit equivalence relations, applications of descriptive set theory to operator algebras and ergodic theory (in particular to classification problems in these areas.)

My research is currently supported by the Council for Independent Research, through Grant 7014-00145B.

Essentially all my papers can be found here on the arXiv. The official published versions may sometimes differ a bit, but usual the arXiv version is pretty closed to the finished version.

Hvad min artikel i PNAS om ``mad families'' handler om

Hvis du vil vide lidt mere om hvad min artikel i Proceedings of the National Academy of Science handler om, så klik her.

What is my paper in the PNAS about ``mad families'' really about? (Hint: it's not really about the lottery.)

If you want to know a bit more about the paper that got so much press (for a math paper anyhow), a mathematical-popular write-up can be found here.
